Pastor Cecil is obviously a man deeply steeped in the Word of God and in the writings and sermons of the Puritans. Like the best of the puritans Rev. Cecil is not given to flights of fanciful oratory but is what the Puritans called a "plain preacher." May God bless this faithful preacher and the Word he preaches. Soli Deo Gloria!
