I am home recovering from the flu today, so I decided to listen to an online sermon. I picked this one, even though it's February and this is a Christmas sermon. I thought, why not? The first words out of your mouth went straight to my heart. I've been struggling with assurance and wondering if God loves me. He is completely trustworthy and faithful, but I often fail in my faith towards Him. This sermon was so refreshing and encouraging to me. I took it as a sign that He really does love and care about me and is showing me that today. Thank you for faithfully preaching the Word.

Tragically we are kinda in this alone. I was raised in the Catholic Church where the quantity is high (Daily Mass) but the quality was low (Biblical Preaching Virtually Non Existent). Now I am a Born Again Christian x 21 years and lean heavily towards the Reformed Doctrines where the quantity is low (Sunday Worship next 6 Days Virtual Silence) with high quality Biblical Preaching. We need BOTH high quantity and high quality as it was in the Book of Acts. For those who can’t feasibly gather daily we can at least encourage each other daily as we are instructed to in Hebrews 3:13. Pray for a 7 Day a week Church right now I’m stuck in a 1 and done Church. Church is on Sunday till next Sunday don’t bother me and I won’t bother you.Pitiful.

God’s Ways Are Perfect !

Great sermon. And Im glad he mentioned eternal life. Ive been amazed to see the vast majority of even Christians address the problem of pain and not mention eternity. NO amount of suffering in this life can outweigh the infinite. And if anyone doubts the afterlife, look at just this creation. Neo-darwinism is falling apart in favor of insufficient “extended synthesis” models. (See discovery institute). A Mind capable of making this fine-tuned universe, or any coherent reality, plus bios.. is more than capable of judging and saving our spirit unto holy resurrection.

It’s a fight every inch of the way. I am praying for you Brother. Gird your loins and show thyself a man. Please pray for me. Manhood is a War. Fight on. The Joy of The Lord is our strength.

How Beautiful. I have not seen a genuine conversion in years though it is still quite a delight to hear from afar!
