I don't understand why people would want to call themselves a Calvinist instead of a Christian? How is that different from being a Buddhist? While I agree there are some verses that I don't understand, there are many more verses that I do understand such as Whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord, shall be saved. That's pretty clear. Actually, the Jews were God's chosen people but they rejected Him. John 1:11 says He came to His own and His own received Him not then verse 12 says but, as many as received Him to them gave he power to become the sons of God. The rest of the verse says we receive Him by believing on His name. When the chosen of God rejected Him, The gentiles were grafted in and now, all who put their trust in God, will be saved. Calvinism lays a stumbling block in front of people who may want to be saved and can cause those who are saved to doubt their salvation. The teaching of Calvinism genders strife and causes confusion which we know does not come from God. Thank you, Pastor Monte, for preaching the truth.

This is such a much needed sermon. If there’s any place we should gather it would be in the house of the Lord. This is where our God heals. The righteous run into it and they are saved from the pestilences. The wicked look upon the righteous and notice what God has done for his people and they are saved. Unfortunately God is not among the people attending churches with a water down Gospel. So they have nothing to lose because they have not gained the truth.

Carnal Christian is a Christian who struggles with sin of a sexual nature. The Christian should be open to Biblical correction but I think you’re talking about the sin of gossip or worse apostate Christians who were never really saved to begin with.

This is a sermon every parent needs to hear. There are many who do not understand the doctrine of holiness that will say, "not every one who plays these apps will become a police shooter or school shooter. That is right as is not every one who watches pornography will be come a predator and pervert. But how is it holy and how does it help the home. Too many parents or friends over the mature age purchase for children to listen. Thankful this Christian officer, Paul Bloom shared what is going on daily with the local church gongregation, using the SCripture. Parents, Satan is bidding for your child with this filth.
