I have listened to several of your sermons and have learned a lot. Most of the time people think they already know all this, but if a person will listen closely one can always learn and the truth becomes clearer and thus more easy to share while teaching or witnessing to others. Pharaoh deals with God in insincere and unrepenting ways. These are warnings to us, not to act like him.

Application of first three responses of Pharaoh to today's context. Refutation of theological and practical antinomianism, of skepticism, of compromise with false religion, of the self-deceivers who are only listeners of the Word but not doers, of the false professors and miracle doers.

Last three responses of Pharaoh to God's will and God's plagues: hypocritical humiliation, personal hostility and grudging temporary surrender.

Other two responses of Pharaoh to the will of God: disdainful disregard and deceitful negotiation. Excellent anatomy of the ways of the wicked.

Pharaoh's response to God's Word and judgments. The first two: open defiance and crafty challenge.

The Scripture teaches this. I agree, I believe it. Great is our God!

Great sermon, wonderful application of doctrinal truth. A true blessing to my soul. I wish more preaching would be as this.
