Predicated on A Promise (Part 1)

Predicated on a Promise — Part 1

This message centers on the foundational truth that every action and promise of God is rooted in His unchanging character and eternal word, emphasizing that divine faithfulness is the bedrock of Christian hope. It unfolds through a theological exploration of God's promises as eternal, secure, and fulfilled in Jesus Christ, who is the living embodiment of every divine pledge. The message calls believers to examine the origin, object, and obedience of their faith, distinguishing genuine trust in Christ from counterfeit belief rooted in human effort or cultural influence. It further unfolds the gospel as a dynamic narrative of Christ's coming, sacrifice, resurrection, and ongoing work in the church, where grace both transforms and commissions believers to reach, teach, and mobilize others. Ultimately, the sermon affirms that all of history and redemption are moving toward Christ's triumphant return, when every promise will be fully realized in His eternal reign.

God is not making things up as He goes along.

God is not reacting in panic.

God is not improvising His will.
