Servants Under the Yoke

Whenever the subject comes up of servants and masters, of how we are to conduct ourselves in this life, when we find ourselves in the position of servant or master, the basis for all our thoughts is the Lord Jesus Christ. He is the great example of how to live as a servant, and how to live as a master. And whether we are servant or master in this life, it is Jesus Christ we serve, and it is Jesus Christ who is our master.

With that in mind, we turn our attention today to 1 Timothy chapter 6, where we receive from our Lord His instruction on how a person is to live if he finds himself in the position of a servant.
