This section has to do with how a person comes to God. Manner, v.145,146: "cry out" - The nature of this approach is not polite; there is a desperation "with my whole heart". Method v.147,148: Besides the dawning of the day, the whole day and into the night are taken up with that which is important. Aim, v.146,149: Salvation. Epilogue: We come to God out of utter need because He will meet that need in Christ.
